The FAQ's page is constantly expanding. We tailored the page such that you
can search the page for a full or part of a word, reduce the search time
by limiting the search to a category (Car Rentals or Website Issue), or
even enter a new topic. We will try to answer your questions as soon as
possible. By entering your question you are actually contributing to the
expanding FAQ page, a work in progress. When entering your question please use your full name or a nickname as you wish. Refrain from language unsuitable for a business environment.
